Came for an appointment to have new tires put on; mind you, the tires were purchased from Walmart. The car wasn’t even brought into the shop until an hour later. Have been waiting for almost 3 hours now, and the car is still not done. They seem to be more worried about getting walk-in appointments out faster seen many cars come and go, but mine isn’t even actively being worked on.
Don't bother making an appointment. As other reviewers have said, they often won't start working on your car for over an hour or more after your appointment starts. Probably because you're a sure customer, and walk-ins can still try other places nearby if the wait is too long.
Some employees don't want to do certain jobs (battery terminal end replacements, lifetime tire rotations) and will lie about not being able to fit it in to just not do it. There are no appointments either, so you just have to come early and hope there is an employee willing to do the jobs they have on the menu. But Walmart is the cheapest for any tire or battery stuff, so I keep coming back

I left today extremely unsatisfied. I came with a friend to get her tires replaced. We had an appointment at 4pm and they didn’t start working on my car till 6:00. After they had finished at about 7:30, we were told by a staff member we can leave out a door. It had set an alarm off, another staff member then yelled at us angrily because the alarm was going off.
