Unprofessional checkin staff. Very poor communication. I had an appt at 7am which got canceled twice because the app kept saying one tire was delayed when all tires were available. I went in at 7am and they kept looking around where my tires where. Their was literally 12 tires in the room and they guy couldn’t see my tires. He complained about working late when he left work the day before at 7pm and had to stay up late to watch basketball game! Went to get my tires mounted and I had an appointment at 7:00am I got there like at 6:45 and when it was time for my appointment I went in gave them my keys..an hour and a half after I go to check on my car and the guy was working on 2 other cars and I went up to the other guy and asked at what time his appointment was and he told me at 7:30..they literally were working on another car and they had not started working on my car when I literally had an appointment at 7am.
Service was ok but waiting time is what killing me here. Appointment at 9 and 3 hours later you can pick up a car. Good thing is they can install tpms sensors you provide, you need to program them in your own. And it’s just $13 for balance.
Avoid the Okemos Walmart Auto Care location. On 11/29/2024, one of the technicians stole money out of my center console. Do not go there.
Purchase Walmart road hazard at your peril. Will never buy Walmart’s Road Hazard warranty again. After four trips to different stores, I was told that the relevant tire could not be repaired. Then, when they finally serviced the car, they said they could not replace it because its tread depth was unequal to the other side. However, at this point, it was my understanding that the damaged tire would be replaced under the warranty.
