I left today extremely unsatisfied. I came with a friend to get her tires replaced. We had an appointment at 4pm and they didn’t start working on my car till 6:00. After they had finished at about 7:30, we were told by a staff member we can leave out a door. It had set an alarm off, another staff member then yelled at us angrily because the alarm was going off. 3 and a half hour wait when i had an appointment. Terrible customer service. One of the maintenance workers insulted me as i walked out the door. I am never coming back here !!
I got a flat tire and luckily we had got our tires with a warranty last November. Walmart honored the warranty no problem and just prorated us for the mileage. I am so glad I got my tires from Walmart. While I was there I got the premium synthetic oil change from r less than $60.00. What a deal. Thanks for the excellent service Darienne and team. Thanks for the customer care.
Had tires installed here. They cranked my lugnuts down to no less than 2000 foot pound. Needless to say future service was near impossible and resulted in destruction and replacement of every single lugnut.
Do not try and call to get information. Phone was very static and could barely make out what was being said. The women on the phone didn't know what was going on, kept telling me to just bring it in and they will.look at it. She finally looked up the information I needed after asking her to multiple times!
