Big shout out to Robert in the auto care. Had a blow out on the highway and the tow truck got me to Walmart in time before auto closed. First guy told me it wouldn’t be same day service. Came back after trying to figure something else out, and Robert was at the counter to help me. Told him what the last guy said and Robert got me in asap and allowed me to get to my job in SC. Thanks again Robert.
Terrible just terrible. Ordered tires days ago and scheduled the appointment for when they came in. The appointment was on my only day off to get them done. They notified me the morning of the appointment the tire canceled. I called and spoke to the manager at Walmart he said there is nothing that they can do. That the home office scheduled the appointments they had no idea that I was set to come in and had no idea that the tires were not coming. To be completely honest the only reason I’m giving a 5 star is because of John the Team Lead, I was at the auto center 3 weeks in a row and he was the only person I saw going above and beyond for not only myself but every customer that walked in needing something, kudos to John! Hard worker to say the least, need to keep him if possible!
