To be completely honest the only reason I’m giving a 5 star is because of John the Team Lead, I was at the auto center 3 weeks in a row and he was the only person I saw going above and beyond for not only myself but every customer that walked in needing something, kudos to John! Hard worker to say the least, need to keep him if possible!
Worst service ever. I came on Friday to change 4 tires which they had but refuse to change due to me needed an appointment which we made for Sunday. When I come back on Sunday, they had only 3 tires because they sold one. Fine. I asked them to change 3 tires because my tire conditions not great and keep the best looking tire. They kept tire with nail in it 🤦♀️ I don't really understand if those people know what are they doing? That's horrible!
Visits have been getting gradually worse, longer wait times primarily the issue. Previously, bad battery was installed at the same location, resulting in needing to jump my car to drive it each time. My latest visit was to replace said battery, as it was still under warranty a free battery was to be swapped for the bad one. I had no issue with waiting the first hour, as it's normal to wait an hour for a battery change that takes about 15 minutes.. but I ended up having to wait literally 6 hours. shout to them guys out there in the shop at Walmart a big thank you to them for do what they had to do to get a tire changed for me and a friend on a Sunday at closing time they got us home
It shouldn’t take 1.5 hours to START an *oil change*, if my appointment is at 3.. the absolute latest I should be out of here is 4.. and even that is ridiculous. I had 3pm appointment / check in, and they didn’t even start working on my vehicle till 4:30pm. Don’t take appointments you can’t handle — but even then.. there’s only one other car out there, what’re the techs doing?!
