Came into the store for lifetime rotation and balance plus a full synthetic oil change and they told me I needed an appointment so I set a 2 o’clock appointment. I came back about 10 minutes until 2 o’clock and dropped off my truck. UPDATE: My experience has turned into a total nightmare. After arriving on time for my appointment, I was told it was scheduled an hour later, then waited two hours only to be told they were "behind" and hadn't started. I rescheduled for the following day at 6 p.m. but arrived at 7:00 AM as instructed. Upon arrival, the staff seemed unsure if they even still had my tires. I Absolutely LOVE Walmarts Auto Care here in Brunswick, I live in Jacksonville, but my back tire pressure on my right side was low at 21, I didn’t know if I’d make it back that hour, and a half back home, especially after discovering a screw in the tire was the cause for the pressure leaking as quick as it was; not only was Antwan M. able to hook me up with a new tire, but he as well patched the old to leave as a spare, all for $84.69, I have to say I’m quite pleased; if ever in a jam Walmart Auto Care Centers in Brunswick i... read more

Big shout out to Robert in the auto care. Had a blow out on the highway and the tow truck got me to Walmart in time before auto closed. First guy told me it wouldn’t be same day service. Came back after trying to figure something else out, and Robert was at the counter to help me. Told him what the last guy said and Robert got me in asap and allowed me to get to my job in SC. Thanks again Robert.
