So far all is good with the 4 Goodyear tires I got replaced on my Altima. I ordered them online and they arrived sooner. We went in to double check and they would have installed them if we had the time. Thank you Marcus. We came back te next day around 3:45pm. At first they weren't sure they could do all 4 at once ,but lucky me they were able to! I know they are busy bc there's always cars in the bays and waiting to go in.
I wish i could give 0 stars just for starters. Came here on Friday the 8th for a noon appointment and first red flag -I Was Not In The System For An Appointment. That day took 2 hours just to have new tires put on my rims (which ive had done here in the past with no issue). Upon leaving after 2 hours my tire light came on so i went to wa wa to get air. I have been transferred to and from front desk EVEN THOUGH I CALLED auto Ctr themselves and it’s like mannnnnn…. Why can’t no one pick up from auto? Cheapest good quality brand new tires around and service was fast with appointment
My new tires weren't balanced! They were purchased at Walmart. I paid extra for mounting, balancing as well as the Road Hazard Warranty..
