I had a great experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center today. The employee who checked me in mentioned there was new management and some changes had been made, and it definitely showed. My oil change was completed in about 12 minutes, which was much faster than any previous visit. The staff was friendly, the process was organized, and the service was very efficient. I was really impressed and appreciate the excellent customer service. Keep up the great work!
Took WAY too long with no one in front of me. I don't even know how you waste so much time.
I got two tires at a good price but after their installation, my TPMS stopped working. I had to go to Discount tires and paid $120 extra to install new Tpms. For other two tires that were not replaced, TPMs work just fine. With that said I did not save any money. Walmart doesn’t have experience with TPMS. I can’t use them in the future.
They won't honor lifetime tire rotations and installation even with proof. For some reason they not having it in their own system is highly unprofessional as other tire places like discount tire remembers the car.
Estuve aquí hace dos días y el servicio en general es horrible ✍🏻Realice cambio de aceite y filtro y rotación de llantas 🛞 estuve más de 3 horas esperando y el servicio fue muy lento e ineficiente! El stiker del próximo cambio de aceite se equivocó al poner las millas y les pedí hacer el balance de las llantas 🛞 y el auto quedó igual!
