Estuve aquí hace dos días y el servicio en general es horrible ✍🏻Realice cambio de aceite y filtro y rotación de llantas 🛞 estuve más de 3 horas esperando y el servicio fue muy lento e ineficiente! El stiker del próximo cambio de aceite se equivocó al poner las millas y les pedí hacer el balance de las llantas 🛞 y el auto quedó igual! No le pusieron aire correcto a las llantas 🛞 cada 1 tiene presión diferente! En fin horrible! No recomiendo este Walmart para hacer cualquier tipo de trabajo! app said the tires were ready for pickup, there was a progress bar on the app that had 4 points on it that said “order placed,” then “order shipped to store,” then “order ready,” and then “order has been picked up” the bar was at “order ready” and so i go to pick them up and this short bald guy is telling me “well the bar isn’t all the way to the end, so we don’t have them.” and so i asked “so when it says ‘ready’ that means the tires are ready for YALL to pick them up, not me? and when the bar says ‘picked up’ that means th... read more

I'll start with the good. The employees I interacted with were very friendly, and they took care of a warranty issue I had with no hassles. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was told a time frame of "about an hour" and that there were only 2 cars ahead of me, and they were not batteries, so it should go pretty quickly. After about 21/2 hours, I called to check on the progress, but there was no answer. I waited another 30 minuets and tried to call again, still no answer.
