Terrible experience. The staff wouldn’t open the auto center garage door before 8 AM even though my appointment was at 7:30. Then they had the nerve to cancel it as a ‘no show.’ This place clearly doesn’t value customers at all.
Wish I could do zero stars. I bought all new tires from Walmart and had them sent to my house. Brought the tires to the tire center and they said they were booked for the entire day and couldn't get an appointment for 3 days. Meanwhile there was 4 guys standing around playing on their phones and talking and not one car being worked on at 10:30 am. I had worked in the tire center years ago and know that there is no way they were completely booked for the day and couldn't take a walk-in. Took my car and tires to Mavis and was ... read more
