My appointment was supposed to start at 3:30. They did not start my car until 4:40. Common decency would be to let people know appointments are running behind. I just waited TWO HOURS for an oil change and no, they weren’t understaffed. Only one guy working in the garage while two guys do nothing at the register. When stores are understaffed, that’s understandable. But for two employees to be just not working while a waiting room of people are waiting for hours is unacceptable. Horrible experience. I had an appointment and I checked in on time and they told me it’ll take 1 hour, 1.5 hours at most. After 1.5 hours I checked in to see if my car was ready but they told me it’s next in queue and I have to wait another 1.5 hours!! The front desk guy checked me in as walk in even thought I let him know that I had an appointment. Then proceeds to tell me the wait will be 1 hour even though he knows the wait will be 4/5 hours because he checked in me as walk in. They will lie to your face and make you spen... read more
Good prices but a lot of wait times to get things done. Also, they don’t easily pick up Phone calls.
