I wish 0 stars was an option. Called in for a battery change, they said come in today! Went in. Couldn’t take me and said I should get an appointment. Got an appointment for the next day and asked if it was something that was quick enough to wait for and was told “yes absolutely”. Come 5 min before the r appointment and ask the manager the wait time - she says that 10-15 minutes before my car is taken back. Absolute worst auto center I’ve ever dealt with. Equal parts unprofessional and incompetent. Multiple cancellations and delays with zero communication until the last minute. Shouldn’t take over a month to get a basic oil change.
One of our tire pressures was off, and the Walmart Auto Center staff kindly checked it for us. They confirmed there was nothing wrong with the tires and even did it for free. Really appreciate their help!
Car care area excellent. The man behind the counter helped me looking up a fram air filter and get oil for my car. I'm disabled and he was very professional I think his name was ajil I have never met a kinder man.
