Had two appt both canceled for tires went somewhere else.
I had a 5:30 PM Auto Care Center appointment for an oil change at the Cleveland Walmart Supercenter, which I booked through the Walmart app. I arrived on time, but the Auto Care Center was completely closed and there was no staff available. I waited and no one showed up. Because of this appointment, I didn’t book another shop, so my time was totally wasted. The app showed my appointment as confirmed, yet Walmart failed to honor it. I don’t recommend using Walmart for Auto care.
I came to change the tires and they accepted my car. After almost 3 hours of waiting one of them came and told me they can’t take the old tires off and they can’t accept my car because I had no appointment. I got mad because I waited for 3 hours and had to talk to the manager and tell him that my friend will come and take the tires off for them if they can do the work today. My friend came and took the old tires off for them and I had to wait for another 3 hours until they finish my car. Worse experience ever.
This complaint concerns a deeply frustrating experience with Walmart Automotive Services that spanned two separate tire installation appointments. The core issue appears to be a breakdown between Walmart.com and the in store automotive center, resulting in scheduling failures, billing errors, excessive delays, and poor customer service.
