I called the Walmart Auto center in the Steelyard to purchase a battery and they kept hanging up the phone didn’t say hello , they would pick the phone up and not say anything, how rude
They slid me in so I can't complain!
I bought four new tires along with road hazard protection warranty for my 2022 Kia Sorento. Upon finishing, the man put my spare in the trunk and when I asked him to put it where it belongs, I was told “well I don’t know everything.” He was very rude and snarky. Please read carefully. This incident occurred on Saturday, January 20, 2025. I ordered four new tires (Mastertrack M-TRAC CUV All Season 245/50R20 102V Crossover CUV/SUV Tire 245/50/20 [Tire Only]) and scheduled an appointment for installation. Unfortunately, I accidentally selected the Steelyard Walmart location for the appointment and couldn’t change it.
