Went there on today and waited on someone to assist. There were ZERO cars in line or even in the auto center- there were 3 techs who played on their phones for 29 mins completely ignoring me waiting for help.
Just terrible
Horrible service and unprofessional management. I had a scheduled appointment and even had a service sticker as proof, but when I arrived (after rearranging my schedule and having someone pick me up), I was told they couldn’t service my car because they didn’t have the filter. No one called ahead to inform me. I was told to wait for a manager, and when Manager Frank finally appeared, he walked past me and simply said, “We can’t do it,” with no explanation, no apology, and no concern. Drove 45 for 7am appointment arrived early only to be told to wait until 7am The Auto service person arrived 20 minutes late Then I was told no one would be in to put tires on until 8-9am maybe? By a service provider ? Who said he only does oil changes.
