Made a appointment to get a oil change . Went for my oil change it was quick didn't think anything of it paid the bill only to find they didn't do anything no light check, wiper check no tire check not even sure they changed the oil and had to wait a hour and a half because I wanted to complain but they didn't have a store manager. Had to go pay for another oil change that afternoon no refund no nothing
I just want to say that I have tried to give this auto center many times to make it right. Every time I come in it's always an issue or a problem. You either never have our appointment showing even though we have emails showing we booked the appointment. Another issue is I had them change my wiper blades because I am to short to reach them. The guy who did it didn't snap it in correctly and when I used it it broke off while driving and cracked my windshield. My husband just had his oil changed and found out they stripped his... read more
The only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the appointment was easy to schedule online. When I arrived for my appointment, I pulled up to the bay like I have done many times before (maybe 10ish minutes prior to the actual start time of the appointment). Before I was even able to get out of the car to ensure that this is where they wanted the vehicle. I was rudely "shooed" away by one of the technicians inside the bay with his hand.
