I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Walmart Auto Center. On August 17th, I went in to have four new tires put on my car. Not only did they fail to install all 4 tires as promised leaving me with only three correct tires and one of my old ones still on there but I ALSO had to return days later because they never balanced the tires in the first place, which caused my car to shake. Timely with a decent price
Go somewhere else for your car service. dont waste your time here. also it is not cheaper at all. I had a very frustrating experience today. I had a 4:00 PM appointment to replace all four of my tires. I arrived early at 3:40 PM and was told there were no other cars ahead of mine. Despite this, my car was not ready until 6:05 PM, and I had to complain multiple times to get it back. they dont care about your time at all.
Made a appointment to get a oil change . Went for my oil change it was quick didn't think anything of it paid the bill only to find they didn't do anything no light check, wiper check no tire check not even sure they changed the oil and had to wait a hour and a half because I wanted to complain but they didn't have a store manager. Had to go pay for another oil change that afternoon no refund no nothing
