I have been using this Walmart auto shop as my go to shop. Oil changes are reasonable, but the wait time can be anywhere from 45 mins to 3 hrs. My main concern is the tires. If you have to change the tires, go to any other store. They will find a way to overcharge you regardless of how minor of a problem you have. The wait time for tires has always been more than 2 hrs every time. The staff are pretty rude as well. Broke college student here, truly recommend this auto shop: Nico was the only mechanic working a double-booked shop, yet remained professional, calm, and incredibly efficient. My car unfortunately died mid-service and wouldn’t restart, but Nico still took the time to explain everything and offered me the best possible solution given my situation. His multitasking and professionalism under pressure were outstanding. Nico is a top-notch technician who clearly cares about doing right by customers, even in difficult situations.

I go in at 10am. They take my word of the tire size, but inform me that the cheapest tires they carry on site are the $67 ones (3rd most expensive on their website). Since I had a puncture causing a bad leak, I couldn't wait days. They are shorthanded due to holidays, so I had to make appt. I made a 3pm appt. I returned only to get told I needed to give them my lug nut key. They "lost" their master set.
