The entire experience communicated sheer incompetence. -Appointment for new tires at 9 am (they hold it for 15 minutes). -Arrived 9:13am, car checked in at 9:22 am (they have the nerve to provide a tracker). Was told it would take 1-1.5 hour -Maintenance didn’t start until after 10:20am -Car not finished until after 11:30am which caused me to be late to work -Less than 5 miles down the road, the TPMS light comes on -Get a call from the Walmart technician stating they forgot to put the lug nuts on and I have to double back fo... read more
They're quick to sell you tires but when it comes to helping you with a nail in the tire, you need an appointment. They're too busy and shuffle you store to store on a tire with a nail in it. The website says "no appt needed" for tire hazard. That's a lie. Other places may be a bit more money for tires, but it's worth it! Go somewhere else!
Please don’t visit there Auto Service. I have maintenance appointment for 11am and I’m on time. They gave me 1 hour time to wait to change tires. But they take 2 1/2 hours to change them. I’m already late for my job schedule. Very disappointed experience. I came here to save 50$ on tire, But my whole day and job schedule is ruined. Please visits any close tire store and buy tires from they. Saving small amount of money doesn’t worth it. The women Schenna at reception was rude and not helpful. Terrible Customer Service 👎🏻
Manager tried to upsale saying my car had high miles (38,000) and argued with me about having to sign a waiver if I didn't get the high mileage oil change because my car would break down. Then said they don't text when service is done because I wanted to leave my daughter's phone number due to forgetting my phone. Then when we got the car it wasn't even vacuumed like they advertised! Really shitty service today.
