Keyonte provided excellent customer service and was incredibly attentive and hardworking! He mentioned that he’s a new employee, but I never would have guessed—he was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me. He came out to check my battery and made sure I was properly checked in for service. While the wait for a technician was a bit long, Keyonte did everything he could to ensure I was taken care of. The service took over 90 minutes to complete despite it being 1 tire replacement. Once replaced, my tire was inflated to 68 PSI whereas the recommended amount was 33 PSI. When I was driving home, I noticed that the check tire light came on indicating that the overinflation caused a censor to fire. When I got home I noticed that my tire pressure valve cover was missing. I called Walmart to ask about it and was left ringing for over 5 minutes.
