Went in, the guy was a complete jerk. Said if you don’t have an appointment they can’t get it in today. Reasonable enough but said with such a rude tone without looking up from his power work. He didn’t ask if I needed it today which I didn’t. Took the tire off myself and the spare is on so he coulda just put it on at his leisure and I’ll get it in a few days. They are always rude here, generally over crowded, but at least they normally get the job done instead of acting like it’s an inconvenience to do your job that I’m off... read more
Tire department busy, need more knowledgeable staff
I actively went to Walmart Auto Care Center 4 Years ago. They were always able to check my tire pressure with no argument. On Sunday at 5pm , the Automotive Technician Supervisor or Manager refused to offer me services in a rude way. I see why Automotive technicians or Mechanics have a bad reputation. The Sams Club Auto Care Center checked my Tire Pressure with no appointment and no hassle…..
I want to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to the staff at the Walmart Auto Care Center. Yesterday I had a flat tire just before driving my mother to Delaware, and I was worried since I was a walk-in. I usually purchase my tires from Walmart, and She-She and John (Staff) went above and beyond—searching my records, getting me checked in quickly, and repairing the tire expeditiously.
