I purchased two tires online and had them shipped to the store for installation. However, after the installation, one of the tires was damaged, and the staff refused to acknowledge responsibility. I contacted them multiple times, both by phone and in person, but each time I was told to speak with the manager. When I finally spoke to the manager, he directed me to his superior. Came replace a busted tire, the mechanic almost put a bent, damaged rim back on my car. The rim was unsafe and would have caused my car to shake. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and stopped it before it happened. That situation made me nervous because putting a damaged rim on your car is common sense, and they clearly lacked that.
