Fui a reparar mi llanta que andaba desinflada porque me di cuenta en la app que es gratis al tener la membresía, llegue a las 6:23 y el mecanico me sale con que no puede reparla, porque tenia una cita con un carro a las 6:30 que si yo queria podía hacer una cita para mañana en serio?? Osea me voy con mi llanta desinflada y regreso mañana? Que tonteria es esa?
Such a ridiculous thing that you bring your car with a flat tire on and then they refuse to replace it claiming that u need to make an appointment first, while they weren’t even doing any work at the shop. And with bad attitude.
The people here were so nice! I am always very confused when it comes to car things, but they were very kind and explained everything to me patiently.
I got my tires done here and then examined by another mechanic at another tire shop because I felt like it wasnt done properly. I found out that my tires weren't done properly and I had to have it redone. The other reviews are correct! Do not get your tires done here! Go somewhere else where there are actual mechanics who know what they're doing.
