I purchased tires from this location LESS than a year ago (I normally purchase through Sam’s which has been a far better experience —however they did not have my tires in stock at that time which is how I needed up in Dundalk) Ever since my purchase and install it has been pure hell trying to get my vehicle back to this location to utilize my warranty. I purchased two tires online and had them shipped to the store for installation. However, after the installation, one of the tires was damaged, and the staff refused to acknowledge responsibility. I contacted them multiple times, both by phone and in person, but each time I was told to speak with the manager. When I finally spoke to the manager, he directed me to his superior. Came replace a busted tire, the mechanic almost put a bent, damaged rim back on my car. The rim was unsafe and would have caused my car to shake. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and stopped it before it happened. That situation made me nervous because putting a damaged rim on your car is common sense, and they clearly lacked that. On top of that, their customer service is terrible.They always take forever to answer the phone. It just keeps ringing and ringing, which makes it frustrating when you need help or updates.
