Titania refused to put the tires on my car because she said I was more than 15 minutes late for my appointment. I was not more than fifteen minutes late. She then refused to refund my tires. She also said that I couldn't drop the car off because they are booked full. I am tired of walmart, they hire the worst employees. going to sell my walmart stock and stop shopping here.

I always have the best experiences at the Auto Center on Congress. After a long day at work, finding a screw in my tire was the last thing I wanted to see. But Tamika, at the front desk, was absolutely amazing! Not only is her customer service and friendly attitude UNMATCHED, she is always willing to go out of her way to make the customer experience extraordinary. The guys working in the shop are also so kind and happy to explain my vehicles needs, especially Luke this evening. I can’t recommend this auto center more. 100/10... read more

I took my car here for new tires on 12/21 got all four. They “forgot” to put one of my headcaps on one of the wheels. Then after about four days after my tire light comes on…. I then pulled over to a gas station to put air in it. The air pump couldn’t even read it! It was that low. I took it to a take five and the guy said the tire pressure was 21 PSI!
