Service was god awful. I had a 230 appointment for a simple oil change , and after waiting a while I get a call from one of the service people saying they cant start my car. Its a push on button and they made me feel stupid for THEM not understanding how a VW works. I show them that the car starts and works and they looked so confused. Then after another HOUR, They cant change my oil bc they don't have a part for the VW.... So I wanted 2 hours for absolutely nothing. Tatiana was the only competent person there.
Terrible service, “Tatia” extremely rude. Arrived 10 minutes early for my 6pm appointment time, had to wait till almost 6:05 in line, told her the service I prepaid for, gave her the order confirmation after standing there for another 5 she tells me that it’s not in their system and there’s nothing they can do about it, I go out to get the printed receipt showing I paid and the order, she tells me that it means nothing to her and she still can’t find it.
