Put my car in an hour and 15 minutes prior with only one person in line in front of me. Finally rang the bell to get someone to the front… car hadn’t even been pulled up yet. The bays were empty and several people who had come in before me had already gone. Asked for my keys back and instead of getting them himself the front desk guy said go out into the bay and ask anybody for them. Bay is EMPTY OF EMPLOYEES?? Every time I come here it's at least a 2 hour wait for a basic oil change.
Waited an hour for ONE compact tire to be changed. There was ONE car in the shop the entire time waited. The tire I was getting changed wasn't even on the car, I brought it from home thinking it would be quicker. Boy, was I wrong. See the Pic and you'll understand why it took so long, thats my wheel and tire behind the "tech". Walmart is paying people to play on their phones.
Be careful I went to here to get air in my tire, and noticed that they put nails all over the place near when you drive out of the garage part. I had to spend 90$ to get a new tire because right after they put air in it, I drove off and noticed the second I left my tire was getting low quickly to the point you heard the air escaping. I had to turn right around them and showed them the nails they laid out and still made me pay.
Buy tires there, set appointment for mounting. Then they say they may not have the equipment for a dually. Went grabbed a few things came back 35 min later, they were just pulling in my truck. They tell me if the lifts can do it, then it will take 2+ hours for all 6 tires. Stated, the last one took 5 hours. I loaded up the tires went to Penny's in Van, got all 6 mounted balanced and out the door in 40 min.
