I don’t usually write reviews unless it’s truly warranted — good or bad — but this one deserves it. I had an 8 a.m. appointment, arrived 5 minutes early, and their 15-minute grace policy wasn’t followed. I was told to pull aside because they still had a 7 a.m. customer, and no one updated me. Later, when I came back as instructed, I waited again — full lobby, no one at the desk. When someone finally helped, I was told I should’ve already been refunded and needed to repay. Do not get your oil changed here. The employees are extremely rude. We were first people in line two days ago and they kept putting people in front of us and when we asked why they said because they had an appointment so we made an appointment and went in and waited over 30 minutes to even be talked to. They continued to pull in other cars in front of us so we informed them we had an appointment and Thomas told us he did not care that we had an appointment and continued to pull in the car in front us.
