Wish I could rate the automotive department 0 star at the Walmart Flowood MS location this is my second experience 1st at the Walmart in Madison MS and 2nd experience at the Walmart in Flowood MS charged for serviced never rendered for tire rotation and TMPS sensor replacement was charged for both. Customer service is non-existent at this place. Had to pay for a tire under warranty of my Walmart plus membership because they said it wasn't on the computer even though I had a print out receipt that it did. Corporate office had to resolve the problem and give a refund because of their incompetence.
I'm assuming 7:00 AM is the same time on your watch as it is on mine. Why is no one here?
My vehicle had oil in transmission and now vehicle is not drivable
Been here for 3 dam hours getting my oil changed and tired rotated they need more employees realy bad but Walmart corp won’t approve the extra employee hires so where is the real issue there are 2 people working and the other two are just walking around and aren’t in mechanics uniform
