DO NOT GO HERE! Very rude manager and auto specialist. Had an appointment for a week now and they canceled my appointment 1 hour before hand. Cooperate told me to show up at the store. I did. The auto department was still closed at 7:15. Appointment was at 7 am. Went in and the auto representative was rude so was the manager. They wouldn't cancel the order. Had to call in to cooperate to get the issue resolved. Terrible service!
Horrible experience. How low has Walmart's auto center has gone... personnel is friendly, but the overall distribution and delivery of ordered tires is a total disaster.
Brought my truck in Friday morning bought 2 new tires .they put a guy that was still training on my truck and left him alone ! It took 3 hours for him to finish the job! When I came to pick my truck up the center piece was missing, he lost my tire lock and the locking lugnut! After I left they called me saying they found the lock but the lug was still missing and no valve covers!
