Very appreciative that they were open on a Sunday morning. Went in early needing a tire repair. The team lead Hunter was courteous, professional and friendly. He quickly found the problem and had my tire fixed. He had me out and back on the road in no time. Very thankful for the such an attentive technician & being open when I needed a repair.
I purchased an automotive battery. I brought my old battery with me so I would not have to come back to receive my core charge. At 5:00 PM the auto center was closed and the cashiers at the front told me I would have to return the next day to return the core to get my refund. This is terrible service.
Never did the job. I went in for a tire rotate and check my tire air. Said no leak, never take the air or rotated my tires and I've got to go to another Walmart and take a another 2 and half hours and maybe they will do it. Not lie about it being done. I didn't notice until I got home. Also called 6 times with no answer. I don't feel I'll be back to Walmart for a long time or at all. The tire center in Pearl Mississippi and Forest Mississippi That's the laziest bunch of people I've ever seen in my life I wouldn't give it as a star at all if I had a choice
Wnt to Walmart to get tires fixed, they recommended replacement so we trusted the opinion. They said it will be ready soon. Go back to check on it and they had not even started (a hour later). After 2hrs finally getting the car back and we realize that there are things missing from the back seat that was there prior aswell as our back driver side door not working correctly. Will never return and recommend noone trust this walmart.
