I arrived for an oil change at 9 a.m., they changed the oil, and I brought my own filter to the Nissan. When my wife picked up the car after the oil change at 2 p.m., the climate control panel was broken. I don't understand why they bothered to touch it at all; they only asked for an oil and filter change. The service technician refused to check the cameras to see who broke my climate control. I'm very upset and angry.
Literally sat in line of cars for 20 minutes, not being told you had to go in to check in your car for service (my last Walmart just let you drive up and they'd meet you outside) finally went inside after finding out and and find out they have very few people working causing a long line of people waiting for various things. I just got off the phone speaking with Cecilliae. She was expectional. She truly took her time to help me, very polite and courteous. Thank you so much Cecilliae. She resolved my reason for calling. She would be a good trainer for other employees on how to be an efficient customer service personnel.
I had a very disappointing experience at Walmart. The customer service was not up to the mark — no one responded to my concerns, and the staff’s behavior with customers was unprofessional. I hope Walmart management takes this seriously and improves their customer service. Shoppers deserve better attention and respect.
