They forgot to re-set my oil change indicator. Rasti & Dee were nice but even with appointment, it takes over 1 hour on Sundays.
It wont make difference if you set appointments or not..waited 3 or more waited..
Not good!!!! Went to get 4 tires replaced, the technician left after installing two and my car was sitting there on a lift! Had an appointment at 10, asked about the delay at 11:45 and was told he was at lunch by 12:30 asked to just get my car back and the manager who was handling the issue dropped my keys at the desk and walked away never explained or apologized or anything! Going to a local competitor to get the other two tires done!
They forgot to re-set my need oil change indicator. Rasti & Dee were nice but even with appointment, it takes 45 minutes on Sundays.
Very professional, honest, and reliable. Aqib and Rasti especially. Was super stressed coming in but they were very polite.
