This location was used to be good last year now since many new employees, they find reasons to deny service so they can just waste their time and getting hourly pay.
One of the bad autoservice centers, after dropping the car and receive a message that oil change service started, they cancel the service without calling or texting. Unprofessional service
I came to do grocery shopping, and when I parked, I got a flat tire. I drove to Walmart Auto Care since I was already there. No one was inside; the technicians weren't there either. The door was open, and it said they closed at 7pm. I finally found them, but they didn't want to help me, even though I was with my baby and it was 6:40pm. They refused to check my car at least, and help me get the spare tire in.
They just hung up on me and didn’t call back or answer the phone anymore. I didn’t even get to speak to a representative. Very unprofessional.
No body was there when i go there but the guy ask me do you have an apointment i said no after talk to manager she said ok since no body here we take care of oil change after 5 min she told me we dont have oil filter They are lazy almost all walmart auto care
