Made an appointment the day before so I can get a tire looked at under warranty. Leave work early and get here to be told it’s a 3 hour wait because they are short handed. Could have at least gave people a phone call to let them know what’s going on. Takes 30 seconds at most. Then this review doesn’t happen.
Front desk hates herself cant track her calories so she gives attitude to everyone that walks in and also they ll say somrthing will take an hour but j mess around and take 3 hrs horrible service wouldnt recommend it
Terrible service and commitment with schedule
Service is fine. They started implementing appointments only and that has been the quickest my oil change has been taken care of. I go to this location regularly and another location - this location would take 2 hours to do an oil change that another location would take 45 minutes to do. Both locations would have the same amount of cars, and the other location seemingly had less employees.
