I ordered one year warranty battery replacement I waited for more than two hours after that the name I no remember she said no availability I asked her y you didn’t call earlier she said talk to my senior then she left I asked another person who name is Joseph same thing he also no response asking you another option yes /no, then I ask two warranty battery very worst customer service and support I was waiting on then two hours need explanation for I my waiting hours ???
My experience of changing Battery was so quick. First thing first, they were not occupied with many customers Front desk lady Erika was professional with sound skills of Auto care. She help to take good decisions or you can say selection of Battery. Thank very much Erika.
I was there to change two of the front tires so 3+ hours later I was charge for tire rotation that job never was completed. Just be aware of this location. They may be engaging in deceptive practices by charging for services not provided.
