Called multiple times to set up an oil change appointment and each time I could hear when someone picked up but didn’t say anything and whenever I let them know I could hear them dialing or that they had picked up the phone they immediately hung up. At least be decent and let me know you’re busy and need to put me on hold. Won’t shop at this one again.
