Winchester and Vernon provide an extremely high level of customer service. I got my oil changed and tires rotated.
No clue why an oil change I had an appointment for, which there was no wait to get started on took well over 2 hours to complete. Absurd. Last place I want to wait around is a Walmart in a cement box waiting room. Once I got my truck back, found oil all over everything! All over my leather seats, hood, doors! Never again
Waited over three hours for one tire change.
