It was a bit tricky to find the exact location at first, but I eventually managed to get there. The person who helped me out seemed talented and knew his job well. He wasn’t rude or overly friendly, just straightforward and professional, which I appreciated. The service was quick and efficient, and everything was handled smoothly. Overall, a solid 4/5 experience.
The cashier Ramona has absolutely terrible customer service! I honestly can’t believe they have someone like that working with the public her attitude is just unbelievable!
Good service
Horrible customer service at the Auto Center. I called before going to confirm there's no line for oil change. I checked in my car, told the wait time is 30-45 minutes. After 1.5 hours, I saw them taking another car before mine because they have an appointment and I canceled service. I wasted so much time because of the irresponsible and amateur behavior of the personnel.
Don’t deserve one star even , it took me two hours with appointment
