This has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever had with any company. Walmart attracts a massive number of customers, but clearly cannot handle the volume or provide even the most basic level of service. Prices may be lower than competitors, but the service quality is far below acceptable standards. Technicians in Union City service center don’t know how to unscrew car wheels 🤦 I purchased tires from Walmart and scheduled wheel service to replace old tires. My wife drove there for 30 minutes and they told that they need special BMW key to unscrew bolts just because they saw visual patterns on bolt heads, they did not even try to use regular headset after 3 different techs looked at it. Drove an hour to get here only for them to say they don’t work on Teslas, even just for a tire change
Wish there was no ⭐️ option!! My experience at this service center was utterly deplorable. After waiting 30 minutes, I was informed there were no appointments under my name or phone number, despite receiving multiple messages confirming my car was being serviced, started, and completed—while it sat untouched in the lot.
