I had a terrible experience with Walmart Auto Care after purchasing a car battery here. They advertise free battery installation, but in reality, they did not provide the service at all. After buying the battery, I waited with no clear timeline, no communication, and no attempt to help. The staff was tardy, unorganized, and completely indifferent. I wish I could give zero star... This was hands down my worst experience at Walmart, and I honestly may never come back to this location. I came in to return some items. After scanning the barcode from my order in the app, the customer service associate told me she still needed the barcode for each individual item. I asked why—since she had already scanned the entire order—she couldn’t see the item details. Her response was simply, “That’s how our system works.” Fine. This place is absolute worst. Supervisor Jonathan is unprofessional and Walmart must not have such no good at all employee. He is rude, unprofessional and sad to see Walmart having such employee. Service was absolute worst.
