I have never had a positive experience at this center. I've been reluctantly coming here for a few years because I purchased a Walmart tire warranty a while back, and every single visit has left me regretting that decision. They don't take walk-ins, their appointment availability is crap, and even with an appointment wait times are atrocious (think 3-4 hours even with an appointment for an oil change).
