Drove an hour to get here only for them to say they don’t work on Teslas, even just for a tire change
Wish there was no ⭐️ option!! My experience at this service center was utterly deplorable. After waiting 30 minutes, I was informed there were no appointments under my name or phone number, despite receiving multiple messages confirming my car was being serviced, started, and completed—while it sat untouched in the lot. To add insult to injury, they had mistakenly signed up another person under my name, canceled my appointment, and treated me as a walk-in without any communication.
