30 minutes no one was at the counter ,i asked the mechanic guy a question he refused to talk back
2025-08-06 When I checked in for an oil change, I asked that they NOT do any of the "courtesy services" that included checking and filling tire pressure. When I checked out, I saw they had recorded tire pressures that were different than are recommended by the car manufacturer. I was worried that they had changed the tire pressures. When I got home, I checked and found the tire pressures were correct (exactly where I set them the day before) and not what Walmart reported. Doesn't care about the customers
Came in during my lunch break around 12pm from work to have them patch a tire. Was told that I was 2 cars behind and that it would take at most an hour until ready. Stayed in the waiting room for an hour and watched multiple cars come in and out. Decided to call an uber to go back to work. I called multiple times while at work for an update, and no one picked up. Time for me to leave work around 4pm and had not received any update on the Walmart app passed the car being “checked in”.
