They do not know how to change tires They needed a special tool that they don't have and stripped a lug nut and said it was that way when they got it Will never go back there I would rather pay more They were also rude about it and gave a hard time to give money back
I went in with my nanas jeep to get all 4 tires changed because she’s on oxygen and hasn’t been feeling well enough to get out of the house. I get there with the order number and barcode as requested and the guy at the counter told me that he’s new and he’s the only one on the counter that the lady who trained him quit. Once that was sorted they got the jeep on the lift and got 3 tires off but on the 4th tire they stripped a lug nut and said that it had to have happened before I brought it in to them and they don’t have the ... read more
So slow
Takes forever
Hours posted as 7-7, door is locked at 4:45 and staff are in there telling you to walk to the front of the building? If they are not open until 7 then they need to change their sign and what google says. Parking behind a Supercenter then having to walk all the way around doesn’t make much sense.
