I didn’t get a service done. Before I can even finish explaining that my tire was flat the guy there let me know it was by appointment only. I only needed one tire. That’s all. Tell me, two people, one car in the bay, apparently changing a tire. How many people does it take to change a tire? I don’t get it.
Place hires YouTube mechanics. Bald guy with tattoos completely messed up my drivers side head lights because he had no idea what he was doing.
Needed 4 tires, but 2 were so bad I couldn’t drive there, so I brought them in another truck. It took going inside and asking to find out who the person who was supposed to be writing tickets was because she wasn’t wearing anything that said Walmart. When I finally figured it out I asked twice if I could get them changed, but she was arguing with her daughter who just got her car repoed and wouldn’t acknowledge I was there except when she tried to bring me into the argument I left and went to Mavis.
I got all 4 tires changed and was told it would only take a couple of hours for a wait time well over 3hrs later I finally got my tires changed. Everytime I came to check in through the window the mechanic was joking with coworkers or standing in front of the fan. My car sat for almost an hour in the bay before he even started on it. Definitely don't come here unless you wanna spend your whole day here
