I came in for an oil change wasn't notified that I needed an air filter but paperwork said that it was bad. I came in after that to purchase tires. I let them know that I needed my air filter changed. It was not changed. It stated on the paperwork that the air filter was good. I went in with my paperwork to show the person at the desk and although I was kind, I didn't even receive an apology. If I had not already paid for tires and lifetime rotation on my tires, I would not return to Walmart for service on my car.
Second time in a row I’ve been disappointed by this shop. This time, upon returning my car, they said I had an oil leak when I got there that know wasn’t there, as I keep an eye on my fluid levels and no oil had been missing between changes. Also there has been no oil in my driveway. NOW there’s suddenly oil in my driveway AFTER they stated that I arrived with an oil leak??? I’m going to have someone else look at it but I’m willing to bet my drain plug is stripped now and they were covering their asses. Never using them agai... read more
Horrible customer service and going to Mavis instead.
I drive a dodge sxt challenger i came in for a oil change & tire rotation 5-3-24 once my vehicle was ready i come outside to a mechanic trying to do donuts in my car never again ‼️
