Just got my first oil change at Walmart. I usually go to other places and end up spending about $50–$60 more...no idea why I haven’t come here before! There was a bit of a wait since I didn’t have an appointment, but from the time they started to the time they finished, it was only about 35–40 minutes. I dropped my car off so I didn’t have to wait, which worked out great. My experience was a top tier experience. The entire staff was great, customer service was very good. Mr. Tom was very helpful and Mr. Rod did an excellent job on my truck despite him doing that particular job for the 1st time. Ms. Sabrina also had excellent customer service. The prices are very reasonable and competitive compared to your typical automotive center. I’ll definitely return for more service.
Automotive closes at 7 doors locked at 6 asset protection let 5 customers in. Look for associate to ring us out nobody here bright skin manager rude says oh we have nobody to check you out. Knowing all managers have register numbers and says no. Is insane
My last experience wasn't that great due to extended wait times and the obvious fact these employees are totally overran by their schedule and need more people. I tried to call to make an appointment for an oil change, but was put on hold for half an hour. Not planning on going back after spending my entire lunch break on hold that long. These guys need some support, walmart, do better for their sake and for ours. Limit your appointments more or hire more people, idk. This location is drowning.
