Waited two hours to get my tire plugged. Paid for it….Then the man told me there’s nothing wrong with my tire and he didn’t have to plug it. I explained to him my tire was completely flat when I went to drive it but he still said that the tire was good…So I had to wait another 20 minutes for three different people to come to the back to give me my refund because nobody knew what they were doing….Two days later my tire is flat again!!!
Don’t bother calling to ask any questions because when you get here, it’s gonna be something totally different called and asked do they customer service take returns on a battery they said yesss Got here now They’re saying I have to wait until automotive open tomorrow Waste of gas in my time and very unprofessional
I bought tires online and scheduled an appointment for install. My tires got there the day before. This can be proved and backed up. They cancelled my appointment said the tires hadn't arrived. After a week of calling the store and the website line someone finally went into the back and found them. I still could not get them installed or take them because they hadn't been released.
