Juan wrote my order up and was great. The real star of the show was Joel. He took the time to listen to my issue, and then without hesitation, began to work on a solution. I have been to a few Walmart Auto Care Centers, and to be honest, they have all been horrible experiences. I will come to this location specifically from now on, because I know I will be taken care of. My car was working fine with only a tire pressure light on. I went to get an oil change from them and the next day the car started jerking really bad and the check engine light came on. I took it back to them and first they told me they had no record of servicing my car. I showed them the receipt and of course they took no accountability along with the black lady at the desk giving me major attitude. 2 days later my car is cutting off and overheating.
