Bought tires through Walmart, and had them installed here. The front tires went balled within 5k miles. Initially, the previous service manager turned us away and said it was a tire manufacturer issue. The tire manufacturer reached out to Walmart headquarters. Tyler, the new service manager called me and apologized for the headache and immediately scheduled us and took care of us. Kudos to Tyler for his customer service.
Was my first time to change oil for my 2022 rave 4 at ,walmart, compared to Toyota services. Toyota much better for price and service.
I went Sunday afternoon, was told they were too busy to fix my tire, so I came back Monday at 7 waited outside for 10 minutes until an employee finally opened the door and acknowledged me and was told me none of the employees showed up and nobody was available to fix my tire.
Late opening. I had a 7am appointment. Suggest no earlier then 7:30am. They open at 7am takes them a while to get open and going...
