Ordered tires online for a great price, set up the apt for installation, the tires arrived on time, the tires were balanced properly, installation took 1 hr, and everyone I dealt with was pleasant & efficient. I shopped in the store while waiting, so it was productive.
I want to give a big shoutout to Louis at the Walmart Tire Center for going above and beyond. Even though the shop was busy and there were plenty of people waiting, Louis took the time to make sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. Made an oil change appointment for 7:30 they changed it to 8:30 I arrived 25 minutes prior to appointment and was told it would be an hour wait. Its now close to 10 still waiting I can see 15-30 minutes but not this is not working for me.
It was easy to schedule at oil change, but not to get done. They received me early but didn't I had ask them about my car outside. They informed that a car wasn't able to receive an oil change because they didn't have the oil filter. He had to look in the computer to tell me it was my car. He asked me if I wanted to reschedule my oil change. I said no. I don't understand why Walmart can't get an oil filter from a place like Advanced Auto Parts, being they are next door to them. Gross incompetence!
I scheduled to have them install all 4 tires i already purchased ahead of time. They bent every single one of my rims. Luckily I have proof and have had the help of a lawyer to get statements from another body shop but they will be paying for it all. Update: they are completely ignoring all calls and emails and I also just noticed every single one of the tires was installed incorrectly. You have absolute morons working at this place
