Amazing service. I am beyond impressed !! I scheduled an appointment to replace all four tires and I didn’t have to wait to be greeted by someone. The technician was friendly, explained everything I needed to know , was very knowledgeable and respectful! The service was quick, efficient, and done with great attention to detail. Highly recommend and will definitely return !
No one answers the phone
I showed up for my appointment and after an hour of waiting the tech told me he had to cancel my appointment. I asked why and he said the tool needed to remove the oil filter for my car was broken. I asked him why it took him an hour to figure that out and he said that he couldn’t find the tool but it might be broken. He had no customer service skills and didn’t seem like he knew how to do his job. There is no special tool needed to remove an oil filter that I know. It’s just a ratchet and socket needed for mine.
