I made an appointment for oil change. When I arrived, they told me they can’t lift the vehicle. Mine is a Ford Fusion. How ridiculous is that They don’t even have a ramp???
I went in for an oil change and I had a pin in my tire. I didn’t even ask them to look at the tires. But apparently when my car was ready for pick up the tire was completely flat and the pin was removed. I told them they removed the pin and they just argued with me and threatened me to come and check the cameras to prove they didn’t remove it. Walmart Auto Center is the place I go for my oil change for my Chevy SUV 4 cylinder vehicle I made an appointment 1 week in advance got in at 4:45pm and was out in 20 minutes !
