I hope I can give - 5 stars on customer service. For sure I am not going again to this walmart for Auto center --They can mess up my car in lieu of the things happened to me today as mentioned below. Scheduled for an oil change. When I arrived I was told that they don’t have the equipments for doing oil changes on a BMW, and that none of the Walmarts could do it. What a waste of time. Can’t you call me beforehand and let me know? Your website also asks me what make the car is, can’t you tell me when I made the appointment?
Recently had a major issue with service cancellation but both the store manager and auto service manager stepped up and promptly took care of business. Great job! This location is very popular and is always busy so have a sense of humor and calmness is a must. Suggestion: flat tire repair, especially for customers who bought insurance, should be the top priority. No appointment needed. Many cars nowadays don't have spare tire and many people don't have the ability to put on the spare tire.
3/16/2025 early morning went to union city brunch, to change my ar oil. They refused the service, because they cancelled my appointment on Friday and called me that they will be able to assist me Saturday or Sunday if I came in early morning. They were rude and unprofessional. Than, I called the Osgood branch, they answered my phone and way professionally informed me that they do not accept walk-in, but as one time courtesy Of I arrive by 8:00AM they will complete the service for me.
