I wish I could give them a zero star for always being lazy there is this one fillipiono old guy with glasses name (Mani) he’s been lying to me about cabin and air filter is out of stock from last 6 months every time I come here he just lies it’s out of stock today I was the first appointment and there were zero cars ahead of me they were literally sitting idle when I. I had a very disappointing experience at the Walmart Auto Care/Auto Parts section. I asked employee Jawad for help choosing the correct oil filter, but he was not willing to assist. Instead of providing guidance, he only pointed me to the catalog and did not offer any real support. He also seemed uninterested and acted busy, even though I just needed basic advice. Good customer service is important, and unfortunately this experience did not meet expectations.
Amazing place! I ordered tires(low profile)/replacement to Union City's Walmart, however they weren't able to mount because of lack of expertise. I gave a call to Fremont's Walmart and they told me they can do everything and I should pick tires and come to them even without appointment. Ali(front desk) was so nice and welcome and was able to squeeze me in between appointments and Richard(tech person) replaced tires without any issues.
