If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. First time I walked in with no appointment, one of the guys outside told me that they probably might be able to squeeze me in. I waited in line for 35 minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t. Second time, and my last, I scheduled an appointment. I showed up and it took them 40 minutes to tell me they weren’t able to do the oil change, due to skit plate not properly mounted. FORTY MINUTES TO TELL ME NO.
I've always heard horror stories about the auto center at the Walmarts & I've also been skeptical about taking my car there. My car always takes six quarts of oil I was told to get seven. I purchased my own oil and they're supposed to give you back if any wasn't used I didn't get nothing back.(Sketchy) Came in as a walk in very understaffed as usual. My car takes 6 quarts I provided a 5 quart bottle and additionally two quarts because according to them that's how much my car needed. I was told that nothing was left over when I picked it up and if there was they would have put it in my car but there wasn't Came in as a walk in very understaffed as usual Save your time and money and just go elsewhere taking hours to do an oil change is ridiculous
The place was clean and well-organized
They've made it easy to come in and get your oil change by offering online appointments. I was in and out in less than an hour.
