Went for a quick oil change that said it would take a hour. Took almost 3 hours. I was one of the first customers. They also strip my oil drain plug.
Had been using this place for my oil change since I got my car. Everyone should be aware that this place is not a better value than going to jiffy lube. Apparently for days on end this location has not had engine oil filters for many of the vehicles getting serviced. I was advised by the employee working that I should go to O'Reillys across the parking lot and get my own. And that they have been doing that a lot. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. First time I walked in with no appointment, one of the guys outside told me that they probably might be able to squeeze me in. I waited in line for 35 minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t. Second time, and my last, I scheduled an appointment. I showed up and it took them 40 minutes to tell me they weren’t able to do the oil change, due to skit plate not properly mounted. FORTY MINUTES TO TELL ME NO.
I've always heard horror stories about the auto center at the Walmarts & I've also been skeptical about taking my car there. My car always takes six quarts of oil I was told to get seven. I purchased my own oil and they're supposed to give you back if any wasn't used I didn't get nothing back.(Sketchy) Came in as a walk in very understaffed as usual.
