Very poor customer service. I drop off my car at 10:12 am for tire rotation and wiper change. They hold my car for 2 hour till 12:20 pm and still not starting called to check why it is still on check in ,some one answered named Ijeah you will be next. Another 45min they never started my car . They have no cars and this is the 2nd time that happen because I purchased the life time rotation they are delaying my service because it is covered. Very disappointing and don’t recommend them.
25-30 minutes just to wait to check in for an oil change. Crazy! There weren’t any cars ahead. The cashier just left and came back 30 minutes later. Then I had to wait another hour and a half for the oil change.
Whats the point of scheduling an appointment... had a 1pm appointment got here 10 mins early at the two hour mark my car is still outside waiting to be serviced.. it wasn't till I said something that my car was taken into service... why???? But yet they will charge you the service fee if your 15 mins late and cancel your appointment...
I purchased 4 new tires at this Walmart with so Road Hazard protection plan. Two weeks after the purchase a nail was in the tire and I returned to the Walmart center to repair my tire. Two days after repairing the tire it went flat again. The road hazard only covers the tire you bought and they can't even repair the tire right. So save your money on that service and go somewhere else.
