I went there to change the tires and there was 3 walmart technicians working for my vehicle and took almost 2hrs to change just 3 tires. Not recommended
I'm only giving 2 stars because they got me in and out for my tires pretty quickly. Besides that, Walmart really needs to do something about these employees hating their jobs so much and taking it out on the customers. I shouldn't have to hear/see the employees yell and belittle customers for no good reason. Completely unacceptable.
Horrible. Made me drive to buy an oil filter at autozone. Told me to buy the wrong thing. Then, I come back to walmart, then they made me drive back to autozone, then I had to drive back to walmart. Then they took forever. Then, they overcharged me because I bought the part from autozone and I still had to pay the full walmart price. Even though this was is scheduled service the whole process took three hours. They stole money and time.
I don't believe that Walmart management cares that their service is so poor. They simply DO NOT CARE. The guy behind the counter with all the homemade tattoos and nose piercings, is the rudest customer facing employee that I've ever met. I had an appointment this morning at 8:00 AM. I arrived 10 minutes early and was advised they are behind and it may take a while. I asked how long and was told an hour-and-a-half. I needed oil change a couple weeks ago and they didn’t have the filters for it and I came back today and they say they don’t do oil change today cause is only one guy working in the auto care center This Walmart needs a new manager
