If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Worst tire center ever. I had an appointment at 11am. At 12:45, I got a notification that my car was just getting serviced on. 1 hour and 45 minutes after I dropped it off. I came back and sat down hoping that would speed things up. After 2.5 hours of waiting, an elderly couple went and complained for me. The manager lead Kat, was amazing. She understood my frustration and went out to see why it was taking forever. Horrible staff, couldn’t tell me which battery fits in my car (even though the website states 24F). Auto manager had his phone on speaker while discussing an employee’s termination. Took three “mechanics” to figure out they needed to remove a few panels to remove and install a battery. Sad sight for sure. One employee had an earbud in the whole time. Good place to shop but steer clear of having any automotive work done on your car here. I could’ve installed that battery by myself in under 15 minutes
When I say bottom of the barrel service I mean TRASH I watched these so called mechanics sit here and rev my truck and play with it like it was some toy I’m literally standing at the register paying and I hear my truck getting revved to the red line then they just cut it off.Big problem for me so I asked Daisy at the desk why he’s abusing my vehicle in such manner she proceeds to tell me it’s not a big deal So I proceed to help daisy understand how serious the problem was..She brushes it off rude as can ever be to remind you... read more
This Walmart Auto Care Center used to be great, with friendly and efficient staff. Now, the front desk lady is rude, incompetent, and has no idea about customer service. I’ve tried four times to get basic services—oil change, battery installation, tire replacement, and flat repair—but they’re always short-staffed, even with an appointment. The technicians don’t want to go when she’s on duty. This is the closest shop to my house, but I won’t return until there’s new management. Avoid this place if you value your time!!
I was there waiting over 3 1/2 hours just for my tires to get changed. Very ridiculous. I could’ve done this myself at that point. I would give negative stars If I could, And this place needs some type of help.. Definitely do not recommend coming here for your ‘care.’
