I purchased 2 tires as replacement for 2 tires that were bad . I was very specific about the 2 tires getting replaced and pointed to the tire for installer to replace. The threads were showing on both tires the installer took the best other 2 tires off and replaced with the new tire . He did not follow my direction and now my daughter still has the bad tires on the vehicle.I did get the new tires on the car but in wrong location. So glad to see a female working in this dept. The young lady knew about cars.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It took over 3 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. I will never be coming back here. I saw multiple workers on their phones instead of working. Do better!
