I purchased 2 tires as replacement for 2 tires that were bad . I was very specific about the 2 tires getting replaced and pointed to the tire for installer to replace. The threads were showing on both tires the installer took the best other 2 tires off and replaced with the new tire . He did not follow my direction and now my daughter still has the bad tires on the vehicle.I did get the new tires on the car but in wrong location.
