Where do you check-in to get service?! There is a small carport that you make line at and wait for someone from the auto center to come out and ask what you are there for. With four cars ahead of me, I made a 30 minute line when I had made an appointment in advance. I found out later that, apparently, I was supposed to park on the side of the carport and someone would attend to me there. On the side... where there is no sign... or anything that would make that look like a parking space. Honestly Walmart, how much of a hassle... read more
Calls never gets answered, I called for days and just rings, at least set up a recording to call your valued customers back, without us y'all wouldn't get a paycheck.
