Very poor customer service. I had a scheduled tire appointment, but when I arrived I was told the tire wasn't available. I should have been notified before making the trip. The employee then tried to sell me a much more expensive tire that wasn't what I wanted. When I questioned it, she replied, "Your car, your problems." Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
They wont even pick up the phone. I've spent the better half of an hour calling
If I could give a lower rating, I would. I called them for an oil change because I wasn’t sure if it was appointment only because I’ve gone there without one. No one answered the phone so I decided to drive down there and when I got there, there’s this girl with a slick back hairstyle with glasses, could be Hispanic and she had HER phone in her ear.
