This is hands down the worst auto service experience of my life. This was my second time coming here, and it will definitely be my last. The first time, I brought in a company car just for an oil change. Even with an appointment, it took over an hour and a half. Today, I came in with my personal car. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, and I arrived right on time at 10:00. Rey was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the tires.
Very poor customer service. I had a scheduled tire appointment, but when I arrived I was told the tire wasn't available. I should have been notified before making the trip. The employee then tried to sell me a much more expensive tire that wasn't what I wanted. When I questioned it, she replied, "Your car, your problems." Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
