Saturday around 1300 I went to get my oil change and the Lady and Guys were soooo Nice , Excelent Customer Service! I was happy they also was able to finish my oil change in less than an hour. Thanx Walmart auto care
This was, without a doubt, the absolute worst service experience I have ever had in my life. I honestly can’t believe how poorly managed and understaffed the place was. There was only a single employee working—just one person trying to handle what should clearly be a team’s responsibility. Because of this, I ended up waiting for over two excruciating hours just to get my car back. Two hours! That’s completely unacceptable for something that should’ve taken maybe 20 minutes at most. I waited for 4 hours and 45 minutes to get one tire replaced. Dont waste your valuable time at this trashy joint. Go elsewhere where customer service exists, because it's no where to be found in this place....
