If I could give a lower rating, I would. I called them for an oil change because I wasn’t sure if it was appointment only because I’ve gone there without one. No one answered the phone so I decided to drive down there and when I got there, there’s this girl with a slick back hairstyle with glasses, could be Hispanic and she had HER phone in her ear. Where to start, appt. 05/14 at 3:30pm, Angela was a the front desk, she was kind, I told her I wanted Mobil 1 full synthetic for the oil change, she wrote that on a piece of paper that looked like a list, the car was Cheked in at 4:23pm for service, after almost 2 hours of seeing the Tech called Ebby running in circles, I saw him pouring Pennzoil from a pack and then pouring it in the car, I go the front desk to let Angela know that was not what I requested, she told me they were out of Mobil 1, and put Pennzoil without my a... read more
