I wouldn’t even give a star but I had too , this Walmart auto department is so bad tbh. No notification when car is done no grace period. Made my car stay overnight because management refused to checked me out so I can go home. Bad customer service overall and just to install tires was over $60 I’m going to missel down the road next time. Don’t waste your money on the service here.
Terrible service. Wasted 3 hours of my time waiting in their lobby for a tire change that never happened. I never received any text alerts about whether my truck was being worked on. The Walmart app said the service was on hold and there was a problem, but when I asked the associates at the service center, they tell me it means nothing and that it’s being worked on. Another hour and a half goes by and I ask the manager and he says they need the lug nut key and that I would have to reschedule. Definitely could have been avoid... read more
