I heard about they give good deals on tire packages when you order online. I struggled with trying to order them on the app because it wouldn't let me add tires to my cart. I had to call customer service who told me to try ordering them on my web browser which did work however I typed in my tire size and thought that they would only show me that size and I ordered some cheap ones and scheduled my service. I had a lengthier review/complaint with details of events and time stamps. On July 13th, I specifically asked the Walmart Auto Care Center on Malabar Road if they could replace the battery in my 2013 Volkswagen Jetta SE and perform the required battery management system reprogramming. I was assured they could. After the installation, my battery warning light remained on. The next day, my vehicle failed to start, lost power while driving, and stalled in traffic. They never answer the phone. Supposedly only one person was scheduled back there. How are we supposed to make an appt with a flat tire if no one answers the phone and if a different department answers they cant do anything to help. I barely made it to walmart on a flat tire. I would have went somewhere else but have a warranty on my tires. It’s so infuriating not to get help when you need it.
I ordered 4 tires, got an email a day later that my order was cancelled and received a full refund, great. Well now the tires showed up unexpectedly and my card was recharged. I already went somewhere else thinking the tires weren’t coming. I have called 20 times now and counting to cancel the order and no one will answer the phone. Typical Walmart.
