Sloppy, slow, and unprofessional. Couldn't even get a simple appointment right. Don't waste your time, and take your vehicle somewhere else

I purchased tires online and scheduled installation in advance. I arrived to find that they’d taken walk-in appointments ahead of my appointment. An hour after the scheduled start of my appointment, I asked for an update and was told the technician had gone on break and would get started on my car when he returned. When I let the clerk at the counter know I needed an ETA, because I needed to get back to work, he acted annoyed and told me it would likely be another hour before it was finished.
