If I could give zero stars I would. About a month ago I had a new battery installed in my 2020 explorer, at this location. Soon after installation, a warning would intermittently come up on my dash. 'Charge system service now', and a red image of a battery. I thought oh great my alternator or serpentine belt is next. Im gonna ride it out because I cant afford that. If you need car service done save your time and go anywhere else in northeast Ohio, I can assure you they'll be better. Went in for a tire change on my front passenger side tire, and an oil change, paid and left. By the time I got home my passenger side back tire had went flat and popped in 5 different places on the back side of the inner tube, and there was a massive grease mark on the side of the tire that hadn't been there before. What’s the point in making an appointment for an oil change at 12:30pm for them to start working on my car at 2pm? Absolutely ridiculous. Not worth coming here at all.
I personally do work on cars did my breaks 2 months ago. Drive 350 miles a day when I work. I had took Friday 6/27/2025. I got 4 tires on 3 days before I had to drive for work on Tuesday, yesterday Monday I heard a noise on my driver tire side. During a super rain day 6/30/2025. How TF I HAVE NO CALIPER SLIDER BOLT MISSING. Seems suspicious. Only drove less than 100 miles over the weekend for errands. Don't trust Noone to work on my cars except if its a specialty. Lazy as hell. They always can't get you in. They come with most excuses. Want you to make an appointment now, the last couple times. They clearly are suppose to do walk-ins. Never pleasant always and attitude, like they hate they job. So sad.
