Great service and very nice associate
If your shopping for tires this is the place to go! Firestone quoted me over 300 for the same exact tires I got at Lorain Walmart Auto. Latoya will take care of you she is kind and very knowledgeable her team is efficient and do their best to accomodate you.
Pretty good store for my experiences, but, today is April 30. Look at the date on the candy bar I just purchased.
Terrible service, scheduled an appointment on the app for an oil change days in advance, showed up and they told me they couldn’t the oil change because they didn’t have a filter for my car. No heads up ahead of time and no apology for wasting my time.
