Even with an appontment, they took OVER TWO HOURS to install four new tires on my car. On top of that, they "found a broken TPMS sensor" while changing the tires, and just handed it to me when I picked up the car. No phone call, no offer to replace (I would gladly pay for the replacement part), nothing. Honestly, I have a feeling the un-trained technician BROKE the sensor while removing the old tire when they didn't use the tire machine correctly. My son went to get a simple fix on his tire, they stated would take an hour tops.... 3 ½ hours later and now late for his job, he is still waiting.
Please avoid this place. I brought my car in to have four tires put on. I was there for 4 hours. The person who was working on my car was called into a meeting. When I finally came to check after 3 hours, they told me he hadn't started yet so I could just leave if I wanted to. No attempt at all to try and help me. Just take your car and leave.
4 hours for a complete set of tires to be mounted. Should only take 40 to an hour to complete
Good service! And felt horrible for the guy who wasn’t supplied with umbrella who checked me in.
