Terrible, took my car in for an oil change and they broke my hood actuator. Which Is something that they cannot repair.
Can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone the phone. If you actually do get anyone to pick up, the employees in the auto center act like they don’t want to be there and most of the time they can’t answer any questions and don’t have a clue what’s going on. Can’t tell what size tires go on a car.
I wouldn't trust these auto care workers with wiping their own ass. Needed a tire changed and went to pick my vehicle up, they had broken a hubcap in half. No compensation or anything was offered. I was still charged for the service. The worker even admitted to breaking it. "We might have stepped on it or dropped something on it." The hubcap was not cracked or had any damage before dropping it off at this so called "auto care" center.
Went to get a oil change and days later was leaking oil. Went to get it looked at and the auto manager was very disrespectful and needs to learn how to talk to people, wes was cool tho. Do not recommend.
