Never again. Took over an hour for an oil change after they told us 20min tops. Everyone standing around talking. They had an attitude when we said no thank you on a new air filter. Got greese all over the hood of our truck! Will go elsewhere from now on.
DO NOT and I repeat do NOT go to walmart autocare went for tires awhile back shipping was extremly late and when I finally got them my rotor got damaged and was a expensive repair, save yourself the trouble and tow your car to another autocenter it isnt worth it to come to walmart!!!!!
Terrible, took my car in for an oil change and they broke my hood actuator. Which Is something that they cannot repair.
Can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone the phone. If you actually do get anyone to pick up, the employees in the auto center act like they don’t want to be there and most of the time they can’t answer any questions and don’t have a clue what’s going on. Can’t tell what size tires go on a car.
