Well I set appointment online for Quaker state oil change, they took car in put Castrol in and when I picked up vehicle was about $11 more and didn't even call or message me or even intercom me about a change. I didn't want Castrol edge in my vehicle even though my appointment stated Quaker state
I sent my wife to get a battery for our car. She had to wait 2 hours to get it installed with no warning of the wait time or how long it would take. She bought groceries while there all of our Frozen goods are melted. This is pathetic.
I got here and my truck was checked in at 9:57 am. One little red car in the service bay and no other vehicles in line. I come back a little over 45 minutes later and my truck isn't in the bay and it isn't parked in the bay door I left it in! A different suv- black is where I left my truck! They have to go look for my truck and the ticket. These jerks backed my truck up out of yhe bay door and did other vehicles ahead of it! It hasn't even been done yet! I was there at 10:50 this morning to have 4 tires installed. My appointment was for 11:00. While I was there I seen a guy come to pick his car up. They told him they had rounded off his drain plug and couldn't change his oil. He was really upset as I would have been too. They didn't not care at all. I got out at 3 pm and was watching every move they made on my truck. If you took they're little tablets away from them I don't think they could function at all. But the tire price was really good.
