Went to get tire fixed for a leak said its a 3 hour wait waited 2 hours saw them bring my car into garage .didn't take tire off car sat in garage for 5 minutes then he pulled my car out said didn't find a leak I said you didn't even take tire off to check he said he didn't have a patches what a joke
The auto care center is by far the cheapest in the area and they get the job done, but I've had almost nothing but bad experiences with their employees. I always have to seek attention just to get my car serviced, most of the mechanics are rude to customers (one elder man is quite nice), they always forget to do something like reset the oil change light or check tire pressures which is included in the oil change, and almost every time they say they'll call me and never do.
