I had a fantastic experience at Walmart Tires! Alex went above and beyond with his exceptional service ; knowledgeable, efficient, and very professional. Ruin my wheel ,installing new tires
I had my headlights polished and they went from barely visible to looking brand new! Special shout out to Joe, fantastic guy and customer service!
I called & told the lady (who spoke very kind) answered phone, I told her my car & she told me the tires I would need. She told me the price per tire was $55. I wrote down everything she said & repeated to her. When I got there, they said she told me the wrong price for the tires. They would be $61. I said to them, u said it right, she told me the wrong price. I did nothing wrong so why should I have to pay extra when she was wrong? I kept my cool & spoke nice to them even though I was right.
