Great experience. Had n 11:30 oil change yesterday and missed it. They let me reschedule no problem for today at 12:30. Pulled up, checked in quickly by Antonio. Had a special request to let the oil drain longer due to me being over due a bit. Savanah was the tech performing service and she confirmed the request and was on it. Got oil done and was quick and easy. The frustration was they asked you what kind of car you have when I made the appt and when I was there, they told me they didnt have the oil and oil filter I needed, but they have it at the store to purchase which ended up costing more. I dont like the fact that the oil was not drained from the bottom due to bolt stripping policy but extracted by tube from the dip stick tube. The price is just slightly cheaper than any other oil places i go to like woodmans, farm & fleet, midas etc.
Had a great experience with the tire installation and swap service. Joseph at the front desk was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Technicians Brandon and Fred did an excellent job — everything was done carefully, efficiently, and the car feels great after the service.
