Had a great experience with the tire installation and swap service. Joseph at the front desk was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Technicians Brandon and Fred did an excellent job — everything was done carefully, efficiently, and the car feels great after the service. I had my car battery replaced by Walmart. The price was low and the service was quick and well done. I will be back.
Update: my check engine light came on and they did nothing for me about it. The reason it came on? They forgot to connect sensors. Turned an otherwise really good experience into a not-so-great one. I see some people unhappy, but I was treated very well here, and given great service. They kinda went above and beyond for me. Zero complaints. I was kept informed about every step and issue. None of the issues were the fault of the technicians. Thanks, guys!
Came here in Jan 2026 to get tires as they were the best price and ratings for the tires we chose. Making an appointment was super easy and everything seemed to go well. I was not given a review of what was completed, just my keys, a paper and off I went. Come April 2026 and we noticed they stripped my lug nuts, trying to take them off broke two wrenches and a lot of frustration.
