I just don’t understand why it takes over 1 hr for a OIL CHANGE!!! there is no communication with the customer to inform me of delays or how much longer it’s gonna be!!! You just SIT AND WAIT!!!!!
Tire pressure refill.
BE WARE! If you change oil and tires here - you might find out your front tires spontaneously went totally bald after your last oil change. Installed all new tires here 1 yr 3 mo ago (Goodyear all season) with 60K miles warranty. This was right after fully updating front suspension system on the car. One year later in Nov I checked air pressure in all tires, noted the tread level looked pretty good on all 4 tires. Shortly after I changed oil at this Walmart. Will never buy tires from here again... first time I ever did and when I called to get tire fixed the guy in the phone did more work to get me not to bring it in than it would of taken to do the job itself... just his attitude... bro.... if you hate your job do everyone a favor and quit. I'll pay more to deal with professionals.
