Super splendid customer service from Drew. I've never had such a great experience at an auto center. He went not only helped to resolve all of my concerns but he also educated me on the batteries in store and how to choose the best possible option.. 430 appointment took until 6 to tell me a lug nut was stuck during a tire rotation attempt. Then the oil change lasted from 6 to 7:02 when the text was sent. The person working the front desk disappears for 30 minutes at a time leaving customers with no updates. They are either lazy, incompetent, or both, and have absolutely no respect for their customers time.
