Went to get a basic oil change and tires rotated. Allen is one of the most helpful employees I have encountered in regards to mechanics. He was very thorough and transparent by telling me everything I should know about my car's current status in very understandable terms. He was personable and takes pride in his work. My experience was fulfilling and the team is lucky to have him. Thanks guys
Told me my windshield wiper fluid reservoir was cracked. I had no reason to not take their word for it due to the fact that I had lived in the desert for many years plastic gets brittle in high temperatures. After having it replaced, I discovered that it was not a cracked reservoir, but the actual pump itself their misdiagnosis has cost me hundreds of dollars I will never go there again. Also, I thought their price was good but they do not replace the air filter.
Since the guy that works at Walmart won't tell you this I'll tell you do not buy tires from Walmart they're garbage I literally got my tires less than a month ago so less than buy 450 mi and my belts are broke in both of the tires that I bought from Walmart
