Brought in a set of tires of my own that needed tires mounted on another set of rims. Tires got mounted on the set and balanced which I paid $125. When installing the wheels i was told that wheels can't be installed because one of the driver side lug is seized and have to go to a full service shop. Went to the full service shop they removed the lug with out any issues and were able to install the wheels and now have to pay additional $40. I have been bringing my cars here for years, and my daughters also, to have new tired mounted, tires balanced, and to swap over summer to winter tires, or the other way around. It's always been great until lately. I took one car there a couple weeks back to have all 4 tires replaced. I had new tires with me and specified that I did NOT want lifetime balancing which is an extra cost. Sat there for nearly four hours and left empty handed. Poorly organized, ineffectual employees. Couldn't get my tires off, I did it in the parking lot for them and then they canceled my appt and moved me to a walk in. After sitting for another hour they realized they put my tires onto the wrong vehicle. Go literally anywhere else. Edit - I cannot express how bad they are.
I had a 30 minute wait and I expected that as I didn't have an appointment. I was in and out within 45 minutes. They were kind, courteous and respectful. I would recommend them any time
