You would think that a tire rotation would be easy. Apparently it must be rocket science. I came in and specified the rotation I wanted (front to back and a back to front crossing). They simply rotated front to back and back to front. I had marked the tires. They proceed to tell me they'd fix it but that I had to wait for 3 cars to get done first. Had purchased a set off tires online to have installed there and I was told since I ordered the OEM tires that it came with which was a diffrent size then the ones on there they told me they can do the work cause I ordered a diffrent size tire for my jeep that was compatible! So never again
Sanjeev and Alan were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to some custom fitted items and helped me find them with no pro and my oil change I also got while there took less then 40 minutes. Great guys and great help.
I had such a great experience thanks to two amazing team members Jaime & Alan who helped me out. They assisted me with putting on a car tire and also took the time to figure out a problem I was having with my door. Not only were they patient and professional, but they actually found a solution for the door issue instead of just giving up. Highly recommend!!
