My husband and I were in here today just to change 2 tires on mine and 2 on his. I came with my own two tires bought from Walmart a few months ago. We had already been there for 3 hours. When I paid, I noticed they didn’t give me the discount they should have since, per your website, I am a Walmart+ member and have proof of purchase of the said tires. I have both. They did a great job replacing my tires, and I’m happy with the work they did. Unfortunately, the experience at check-in wasn’t good. The employee who checked us in, Aaron, came across as unfriendly and cocky, which made us feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses this, because customer service is just as important as the quality of the work. The technicians did an excellent job, though.
A bunch of scammers! This is unacceptable! I booked an appointment for an oil change, I told them what vehicle I had, and I picked an oil option. When I arrived, they did not have an oil filter for my car! They also didn't have the oil agreed upon. I had to drive to a different store and buy an oil filter separately. Literally went to get the oil done 2013 or 17 Mercedes, paid, went and shopped awhile, came back and stood there waiting 40 minutes for the dude to ask "did you bring your own filter?" Like uhhh did you expect me to bring the tools for you too?!! Anyway proceeds to telk us that they dont carry the filter. Then why put us through the waiting process? Gosh it was so frustrating tbh! So ended up waisting a bunch of my time and made it out to be MY fault i didnt bring my own oil filter!
