Bad experience! I had an appointment at 7:00am to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. At 7:08 am the service writer finally opened the door to a greeting of "I don't know why they do appointments at 7:00 when we don't open until 7:00!" He was very rude. It was close to 7:30 before they got their crap together and started on my vehicle. There was no one ahead of me. If you are going to open a business at 7:00, I would think you should be there BEFORE 7:00 to be ready for business.
Dont want your buisness
I ordered tires on walmart.com and had them installed here. Booked the appointment online when I ordered the tires. Everything went very smoothly. I was in and out in a little over an hour. While I was there I saw several people walk in with no appointment and becoming frustrated when told the wait time would be 2 or 3 hrs for an oil change.
