They messed up my tire lug now I have to buy new ones
Cade in auto center was a very rude non customer friendly person with zero people skills and a major attitude.He did not acknowledge me when I walked in. Spoke to me as though I was really bothering him by him not being able to eat his breakfast. So he handed the food to hi mgr and said put that up, I’m obviously not going to have time to eat it. Bad experience! I had an appointment at 7:00am to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. At 7:08 am the service writer finally opened the door to a greeting of "I don't know why they do appointments at 7:00 when we don't open until 7:00!" He was very rude. It was close to 7:30 before they got their crap together and started on my vehicle. There was no one ahead of me. If you are going to open a business at 7:00, I would think you should be there BEFORE 7:00 to be ready for business.
