Arrived at 1pm. Sat in the car out front to be checked in. Waited 30 minutes as others waited as well. The line was chaotic as others would come and go as they got sick of waiting. Some were even cutting ahead of others. Employees knew we were all out there waiting as they moved slow as molasses. One who just got there went up and got checked in while the rest were ignored. I was done waiting and decided I would never come here again for an oil change. They obviously don’t care about customers or customer service.
Very helpful, friendly, and reassuring. Had a horrible experience at autozone so having their help was stress relieving.

I came for oil change it took 1 hour to do it they were in the cellphones. And I don't know why the cashier is never here I have to go inside and ask another employee about her so I can have my keys
I brought my car in for an oil change. Didn’t even make it home before the low engine oil level light came on. Had to bring it back the next day. I won’t come here again.
