Came here for an oil change. When I arrived I sat outside waiting for someone to come check me in for like 30 minutes. Finally got checked in and decided to go inside to do some light grocery shopping. After a while I noticed it was taking a long time And I hadn't got a notification on my phone, so I went back to check on them. Bad customer service
Don’t come here if you value your time in the slightest. Even with an appointment, you’ll be waiting hours for the simplest things to be done. We have been here over one hour since our appointment time, for 2 tires to be put on, and they haven’t even started yet. Only 2 people in line ahead of us, 5-6 techs in a shop only doing basic maintenance, it should be moving WAY faster than that. Edit: 2 hours later and they have finally begun putting 2 whole tires on for us. They made sure to get through the 5-6 people that got here... read more
