They couldn't Even changed the headlight on a Lexus IS250.. It's not like it was a BMW.. Don't go here. They will wreck your car.
I had a scheduled appointment at 5:30pm and when I came in a technician walked up to my car and rudely . No customer service skills and very RUDE!
Don't get service here. Came here the first time and took a total of three hours to complete a tire swap. I came here the second time thinking the first time was a fluke, but nope, they take FOREVER to service your car. I had an appointment and waited 2 hours for them to start on my car. There was no one here when I arrived. They said it would take 1 hour to complete. BS Cassie was HORRIBLE. After waiting 2 hours, she said that she couldn't mount my tire since it was for a 22" wheel and that their machines can't service that... read more
Very poor customer experience. Severe delays in customer service, incompetent register staff, unnecessary technical issues.
