3 hours of waiting for an oil change with an appointment is insane.
Scheduled an appointment but it took an hour for them to even start after the appointed time. Took 2 hours in total avoid this auto center if you don't want to waste time.
This place is ridiculous with there tire warranty and road hazard i wouldn't go here if I was you they told road hazard dose not cover tire if need replace from a screw or they will tell you the warranty up and one of the lady's are really rude just if you ask her questions of the road hazard
Called ahead and was told I could be a walk in. Drove 30 minutes on a donut and was turned away. The person at the desk acted like I was inconveniencing them by even asking.
Takes a long time there, we waited 4 hour to get one tire changed and they keep telling me to wait more
